With over twenty years in business consulting, Ian has a track record of success, notably founding and expanding a digital marketing firm from his basement into a regional leader, before its eventual sale.
He joined Valent Legal in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he focuses on streamlining operations and removing obstacles, enabling the team to concentrate on providing excellent client service. Ian oversees the day-to-day management of the firm, ensuring smooth internal operations.
Outside work, Ian enjoys running, making pizzas, and spending time with his wife, two children and Newfoundland dog.
